Use of the LAP has been growing across Colorado for several years, and will now be required to strengthen the response to domestic violence incidents. This presentation addresses the most common questions about the bill’s requirements, law enforcement agencies’ responsibilities, the roles of victim advocates and how the Colorado Attorney General’s Office will support implementation.
