Misdemeanor Prosecution Skills Course – Spring 2026
Misdemeanor Prosecution Skills is a carefully arranged, five day seminar, designed for prosecuting attorneys with less than six months of experience. Under the advice and guidance of distinguished faculty, attendees will simulate the prosecution, from first-review to trial, of two mock county court cases; a DV case and a DUI case.
