Legislative Update for Prosecutors

This training will present and highlight recently enacted legislation relative to criminal law. In addition, participants will be informed as to the impact the new legislation will present to the district attorneys’ offices and any necessary changes that may be required.  A legislative update summary booklet will be provided to all in-person attendees.

Attendees must be a member of a prosecuting attorney’s office in Colorado.
