Achieving justice without sending people to prison
Since 1976, district attorneys in Colorado have sponsored programs that provide people who have committed crimes with opportunities to avoid prison and gain access to substance abuse, mental and/or behavioral health treatment while providing anyone who was victimized with justice and restitution.

Low-risk juveniles who have used technology to engage in sexually explicit interactions are enrolled in a gender-specific class that addresses concepts such as boundaries, healthy relationships, body image, self-respect, peer pressure, risky behavior, consent and victim impact.
