Job Description

The duties of a Deputy District Attorney III (DDA III) focus primarily on the prosecution of a large County Court docket.

The DDA III handles all county court and DMV appeals to District Court. The DDA III shall assist, when needed, with felony cases and trial work, the Archuleta County Court, and/or San Juan County docket.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education and Experience:

LLB or JD degree.

Licenses and Certifications:

Colorado State Bar
