Job Description
This position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with some after-hour work required.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Representing the District Attorney’s Office in criminal proceedings, including case scheduling, plea negotiations, probation revocation hearings, motions, and sentencing.
- Reviewing summonses, tickets, evidence, and witness statements submitted by law enforcement.
- Evaluating whether a crime has been committed, determining its nature, and assessing whether the evidence supports prosecution.

- No experience required.
- Current license to practice law in Colorado, or obtain it within two (2) months of hire required.
