STARK Symposium
The 21st Judicial District Attorney’s Office, in conjunction with the Trauma-Informed Prosecutor Project, will be hosting a conference on investigating and prosecuting child abuse and child sexual abuse cases, with an emphasis on digital forensic capabilities. This training is geared toward investigators, prosecutors, paralegals, and law enforcement investigators working complex/child abuse crimes.
Topics include: Internet 101, Digital Forensics 101, Child Exploitation Investigations, Social Media and Digital Evidence, Defenses, Crime Scene Investigation, Admission of Evidence, Direct Examination, Cross Examination and more.
