If you are an employee of a Colorado district attorney’s office, the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, a law enforcement agency, government agency or a law enforcement officer (only when purchasing the CRS), please email info@cdac.state.co.us for a coupon code before purchasing.
Notifications: If you wish to be notified of the release of the new Colorado Revised Statutes publications, please email info@cdac.state.co.us. This publication is updated in November/December annually.
PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO boxes, a street address must be provided.
Check Orders: Please send a check, short note about what you are ordering, and the name and address where you would like the book shipped to Colorado District Attorneys’ Council, 3600 South Yosemite Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80237. Payment must accompany your order.
Walk-In Orders: Please email info@cdac.state.co.us if you wish to purchase a publication in-person to confirm availability. We have limited inventory in our office.
Return Policy: Returns are generally accepted within 45 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and with prior approval from our office. Refunded amounts will be less the cost of shipping and a small restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted on outdated versions of publications, or publications we no longer sell.
