Job Description

Ideally situated between Durango, Moab, and Telluride, the 22nd Judicial DA’s Office seeks prosecutor.  Must be licensed in CO.  Small office with manageable workload. Must be team player and willing to handle various dockets and responsibilities as needed. Must be able to manage and organize case load, perform legal research, and conduct all types of criminal litigation.  Professional communication skills required for interaction with law enforcement, witnesses, victims and office staff. Training available and may be required. Generous PTO. Flexible schedule with rotating Friday’s. Paid health insurance and 401k match. In need of full time prosecutor but there is a need for part-time/remote work as well. Please email resumes to cosborn@co.montezuma.co.us.
